Mula Hotel

Very good location. Not far from main touristic square. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Some minuses I write below. But in comparison of usual quality of Turkish service this staff is very good, but of course not perfect

Our Istanbul stay has been a wonderful experience . The city has an amazing history of 1600 years and we were able to experience it walking through streets and visiting its monuments. However what really made trip memorable was our stay at the Mula Hotel. The Hotel itself is very luxurious, however the staff really takes it to the next level. Fuat and his entire team were perfect hosts . Ayra, Achelaya , Veronica and the entire reception team ( sorry was not able to catch all the names) were very warm and welcoming and always ready to help out. Abdullah and Aligan at front door always smiling and helping out with what ever we requested . The person who managed to impress us the most was the youngest member of this team Nabil. He seemed to be a perfect fit for the hospitality industry. His ability to communicate fluently in French and English was very impressive. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast team was always welcoming and the breakfast on offer was scrumptious. After coming back home we realized we had left behind our Kindle in the hotel room. When we wrote to the hotel about the same they immediately located it and informed us that they will hold it for us till someone we know visiting Istanbul next week collects it from them. For us Mula hotel will be the place to stay whenever we are in Istanbul . Thank you Mula hotel team , you made us feel at home.

We stayed at Mula hotel for the first leg of our honeymoon and could not have been more thrilled! It was genuinely the best hotel I’ve stayed in. It is a new, modern and luxurious hotel where every detail is thought of. It was these little extras that really made our stay wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, the breakfast was delicious and substantial, the rooms were clean and used high quality products in the bathroom and the staff were always incredibly helpful with booking us taxis and even offering us umbrellas when it started to rain! On check out they even provided us with a little gift, which was a lovely gesture. We would not hesitate to book to stay here again and would also recommend it to everyone who is planning a trip to Istanbul! Thank you Mula hotel for an incredible stay, especially to Nabil, Hamza and Acelya! They were the best hosts ever!

The hotel is amazing? Staff are extremely amazing!!!! The hospitality is beyond 7 stars. We were treated like royals. We travel a lot and have stayed at several hotels and the love we were showered with was immensely gratifying. Breakfast is very delicious and all courses included. . They were very helpful with where to visit and all. They even gave us a gift when we were leaving. That was a first for us or I have heard before. The location is very centralized and accessible to most tourist attractions in minutes of walking. Thank you Nabil, I enjoyed you saying" as you wish " Thank you Acelya, Hamza and to everyone. The reception staff were tremendously accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back to these several levels of hospitality. Every department was welcoming.

Very pleasant and cozy feeling in this small hotel , which we chose for our overnight transit in Istanbul. It is located in the historical part of the city , allowing us to visit on foot Agia Sophia, the Blue mosque and the grand bazar. The staff was very good, everyone very polite and welcoming. We want to thank particularly the concierge ILNUR and AFRA for organizing our airport transfer , booking seats at a great whirling dervish dance performance and recommending good restaurants. The superior double rooms we stayed at were large and comfortable. We left early and could not have breakfast, but I am sure based on the level of service we experienced it would have been be a good one too. We were also pleasantly surprised by the small goodby gifts that waited us at the reception the morning of our departure. Well done !
